This Assessment is NOT a Quiz
A quiz tells you something about yourself. This is different. You'll answer questions about nine domains of your life: where you spend your time, who you're connected to, what you value, how you're moving through it all. For each domain, you'll name what you're actually living, and what you'd choose if you could. Then you'll measure the gap.
When you do that work honestly, something shifts. You see what you've been carrying without naming it. You see where you're choosing one thing and living another. That's uncomfortable. It's also the start of everything.

25 Years of Helping People Change.
I've spent 25 years helping people navigate the hard gap between existing and living. I hold a PhD in Counseling, an M.Ed. in Marriage and Family Therapy, and am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC II).
What I know is that clarity comes first. Once you see where you actually stand, the path forward becomes obvious, even if it's hard.
