Beyond Alcohol's: Group Therapy

What is group about?

Treatment Focus

Beyond Alcohol: Your Path to Meaningful Change. This is a therapist-led therapeutic group designed to help you build a rich and fulfilling life while transforming your relationship with alcohol. Through evidence-based ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) principles, you'll learn practical strategies to navigate difficult thoughts and emotions, clarify your core values, and take committed action towards a life you truly value. We focus on empowering your personal agency and building resilience, moving beyond the limitations of rigid approaches.

Find Your People: Connect and Feel Understood

Imagine a space where you can truly be yourself and know that others get it. In our group, you'll connect with people who are also navigating life's challenges. By listening deeply and acknowledging each other's experiences, we create a powerful sense of belonging and understanding. You'll find strength in knowing you're not alone.

Giving & Receiving Support

It's about being present with those who are present. This mindful practice occurs when we listen and validate other's experiences.

Share Your Story, Find Strength and Hope

What truly matters to you in your life? Share the moments that bring you joy, as well as the hurdles you face in pursuing them. Hearing how others navigate their own paths, with their unique struggles and triumphs, can offer fresh perspectives, renewed hope, and a sense of shared humanity. Discover strength in connection and inspiration in each other's journeys.

Find Your Inner Strength: Navigate Challenges with Greater Ease

Are difficult thoughts and feelings holding you back? In our therapy group, you'll learn practical ways to handle these challenges so they have less power over your life. Discover inner motivation so you can change, build resilience, and keep moving toward what truly matters to you, even when things are tough.
