What You Can Expect
A Caring & Compassionate Community
In grief, we can find comfort with those who have also felt the pain of loss. Having experienced loss themselves they have a sensitivity to other's in pain. This makes for a group of people who are sensitive, caring, and able to show compassion for one another.
A Respectful Healing Approach
Through the lens of acceptance and commitment we learn to navigate the experience of death, loss, grief, and living.
Clarify Your Values
Pain, loss, and grief force us to re-evaluate what is important. Because the loss of a loved one brings up our own mortality we can struggle with what it all means.
Increased Acceptance
Sharing experiences with others who understand grief helps us realize our feelings are normal. Being truly seen and heard in a supportive group fosters acceptance – both from others and for ourselves. This sense of belonging makes it easier to navigate our pain with greater self-compassion.
Empowerment to Choose Your Path
The group experience can empower you to discover and honor your individual path forward at your own pace.
