-
REHAB
Rehab programs may be clinical or nonclinical, inpatient or outpatient. These crash courses use therapy groups, peer support meetings, professional counselors, and more. They put you through a program for 21 days or more.
-
PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING
Therapy and Counseling Services should come from an experienced and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, or Qualified Professional Therapist.
-
PEER SUPPORT
Peer Support includes types of mentoring and group support. These may include Recovery Coaching, Rational Recovery, SMART Recovery, or 12 Step Programs.
-
MARRIAGE & RELATIONSHIP THERAPY
Marriage and relationship therapy is highly suggested when one of you has an addiction. The relationship itself has been traumatized with secrets, betrayal, broken promises, and needs proper restoration from an experienced Marriage Therapist with expertise in addiction.
-
PERSONAL LEADERSHIP
Managing yourself and your lifestyle takes a certain kind of character. This person makes lifestyle changes that lead beyond recovery. They engage in self development and take advantage of Life Coaching.

YOU HAVE CHOICES
There are many paths that lead to recovery from alcohol and drugs. Understanding your options is an important part of the process. Many people think 12 Steps or 28 day rehab are the only ways. There are behavioral treatments, medications, and mutual-support groups. These services can be found in private practice, hospital inpatient, residential, specialty clinics, and even spa like settings in exotic places.
The people who can help you include supportive friends and family, another person with a similar problem, and Health Care Professionals. Healthcare professionals may include your Primary Care Provider, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Psychotherapist, or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
-
YOU CAN BE WELL
Being stuck in a loop is not the same as being well. Stuck is a loss of freedom that somehow keeps us from living our lives. You can be stuck in your head or in your habits.
Recovering your freedom can help you be well. This means we stop doing unhealthy things, start doing healthy ones, and become comfortable in our own skin.
Begin your recovery before it's too late. You can find help.
-
YOU NEED A PLAN
It's not enough to detox and then get back to the way things used to be. That was never enough or you wouldn't be in this situation.
Recovery becomes an approach to living a life you love while becoming your best self. This takes a comprehensive plan tailor made just for you. The plan needs to fit your daily life today and flex to fit the life you're creating.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO AWAY
f the people who get help for Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) or Substance Use Disorder (SUD), 94% do so as an outpatient.
This means you don't have to leave your job, family, or home. You can get into recovery while staying connected to the ones you love.
-
DETOX IS MANAGEABLE
Of the people with an Alcohol Use Disorder who quit drinking, experience Alcohol Withdrawal Syndrome (AWS). Symptoms range from mild to life threatening, creating severe discomfort and fear which can prevent people from quitting. Detox doesn't need to be feared because it can be managed by medication assisted treatments.
Help with detoxification can be as simple as talking to your primary doctor about your plans to quit and the possibility of AWS.

RECOVERY IS POSSIBLE
The terms alcoholic and addict come from a time when the medical community had no treatment for problems associated with alcohol or drug use, so they made it an identity problem.
